Support for patients with severe mental illness

Quantock vale surgery are happy to introduce Karina Shortland who will be providing support for patients with severe mental illness. Karina is part of the open mental health team and will be contacting the surgery’s patients whom have severe mental illness (e.g. Schizophrenia or Bipolar disorder). She will be offering appointments to those whom qualify, a physical and mental well being check up.
