These are intended to assess the risk of developing heart disease, stroke, kidney disease or diabetes. These checks are available to patients aged 40 – 74 who do not have any of the aforementioned pre existing diseases. They will be offered every five years. We particularly welcome Carers to have an NHS Health Check. The screening clinics will be run by our practice nurse Sam.
