The patient participation group (PPG) were proud to unveil the new contemplation garden on the 16/6/19. The garden was developed using donations obtained from the cake and coffee morning in November 2019.
The garden provides a restful place for patients and staff to sit, relax and reflect. It is dedicated to former GPs of the surgery, Dr Mary Haynes and Dr Roger Crabtree. The garden was officially re-opened by Dr Barbara Crabtree with the PPG and Dr Crabtree’s brother and sister in law in attendance.
A big thank you to the PPG and Clive Angel for their time and effort during this project. Special thanks must go to Manning and Knight who kindly donated and erected Dr Crabtree’s memorial plaque.
